World Vapor Warranty
World Vapor stands behind the quality of all our products and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your purchased product, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with your order number, and mail it to us at the address indicated on our RMA form.

Who can buy World Vapor Products? - Most all of the products on this website can be purchased and used by anyone over the legal smoking age in the state where they reside. It should not be used by children, pregnant or breast feeding women, people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or people taking medicines for asthma or depression. Consult your physician before using any electronic cigarette product. Where can I buy World Vapor Products? - Most products are available right here at our website. But we also sell to hundreds of stores worldwide. So you can check with your local retailer and if they are not carrying our line of e-cigarettes have them just give us a call and we will provide them with the information to obtain all our products.

World Vapor Shipping
World Vapor Products are available to U.S. customers with U.S. shipping addresses with delivery supplied by either The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Most new orders are typically packed and sent out within 1-2 business days (with exception of holidays) from the ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are usually shipped out the following first business day. Most items are shipped USPS which tends to be less expensive than alternative methods (UPS or FedEx). These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package. ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED, WORLD VAPOR IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING PORTION. WE WILL SEND YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIP ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUEST OF SERVICE. IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DELAY IN SHIPPING IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET A HOLD OF THE POST OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. WORLD VAPOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO PACK, SHIP, DELIVER TO USPS, AND SEND YOU TRACKING. BUT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders greater than $50.00. This free shipping option is FIRST CLASS USPS with NO INSURANCE. You will be provided a tracking number but there are no guarantees on delivery time.
Orders are packed and shipped from our San Diego, CA USA.
Once the order is shipped your account will give you a tracking number so that you may follow your package to your door. If you would like your order to include insurance please choose the USPS PRIORITY method. All first class mail does not include insurance. Once your package has left our warehouse in San Diego, we are no longer responsible for your package in the event that the postal service loses your package in the mail. Although this is rare, it does happen. If your package doesn't arrive, please contact Support so that we may look into the tracking on your package. If you choose PRIORITY as your method of shipping, World Vapor will usually replace your package while attempts are made to find the missing package.
Orders outside the USA - When we ship orders outside the United States of America, your order will be processed through customs officers for your particular country. Some countries have deemed electronic cigarettes and related items as restricted items. In this case customs usually will destroy your package and all contents within it. It is YOUR responsibility to contact your custom duty office and insure delivery. World Vapor is not responsible for replacing your order or any contents in the event that your customs office destroys your items. It is your responsibility to know you local and country laws regarding electronic cigarettes and all related items. In addition, some countries charge a duty tax related to the items within the package. It is YOUR responsibility to pay any and all duty taxes related to the items you have purchased. If you package is returned back to World Vapor for any reason due to a customs issue, we will contact you and try to make new arrangements. Please understand that once your order has left our warehouse the package is solely yours and anything that happens to it is your responsibility.
We will NOT ship to any forwarding services. If the address you provide is to a Mail Forwarder, then your order will be canceled and any money will be returned.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the BILLING ADDRESS does not match the SHIPPING ADDRESS.

World Vapor Order Status
Once you complete your order with our website, we will send a confirmation to your email. Then again once your order has been packed and shipped. The second email will include your tracking number for your package. At anytime if you have a World Vapor online account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order and previous orders.

World Vapor Returns & Exchanges
If you have received a product is defective (ie: a defective battery, cord, plug, or other electronic issue), we will ask you to please promptly return the product using the RMA form within 30days. Please ship back the defective product so we can examine it and exchange your item for a different one. Normally we will ship the exchanged item back with a day or so, but some items do take longer if they are currently on back order. We will do our best to get them to you as soon as we can.
Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final - No returns.
